On Mother's day our adoped daughter - Yana - brought Barb a gorgeous bouquet of roses. How did she know that roses are Barb's favoritse flowers ? (photo 1)

Barb had lunch and a special tour of Ewha Woman's Univeristy with Dr Helen Um ( right ) and Dr Lee (left). They visited a traditional Korean home, now the historical museum. ( photo 2).

May 15 is Teacher's Day in Korea. Students bring special gifts and flowers to their teachers-- it is really a nice tradition . The teaching Assistants threw a party for all the faculty (photo 3) and student leaders did some special music (photo 4).

We had a special lunch with Dr Kasil Oh and her husband Kyong Dok Ahn. They took us to a delicious dumpling restaurant. (photo 5)
